Our special guest speaker this month will be Anna America, the City of Tulsa Parks Director.  Anna also holds the title of the City of Tulsa's Chief of Culture and Recreation.  In addition to her responsibilities as Parks Director, she oversees the management of all City-owned cultural and recreational amenities including the BOK Arena, the Performing Arts Center, the Convention Center, the Gilcrease Museum, the Greenwood Cultural Center, the Tulsa Zoo and River Parks.  She is the City's liaison on tourism and all private recreation and cultural issues.  Sounds like a handful.  Join us this month and hear about what all is going on with the City of Tulsa Parks and Recreation Department, as well as all those venues that Anna oversees.  Plus, I hear she may be sharing information about some of the best spots to have a picnic that may or may not be part of the City's Parks and Recreation Department.
